Excellent restaurant for carnivores, you choose the cut with maturation time and the chef prepares you. They have 4 options of side dishes 2 carbohydrates and two types of salad. Impeccable service very professional and friendly. Very reasonable wine price. I took the all you can eat meat and was impressed by the taste of morcilla and burger. In addition, the cuts that I ate were on point.

Tanya was amazing, I have been a server at 5 star restaurants and there is no amount of training that can beat her charisma and kindness towards guests. The food was superb, the dry aged meat is up to par with US Angus, cooked to perfection.

Fabulous steak restaurant. I believe is the best steak restaurant in Quito or perhaps in Ecuador. It's the only place that I know of that serves aged Black Angus, they own and grow Black Angus. The four different cuts that we ordered, NY steak. Entrecote, Rib Eye, and Tomahawk were absolutely cooked to a perfect point, red center, pink sides, soft and juicy, and delicious. As sides we had a fantastic asparagus, mashed potatoes, fried yuca, all perfectly done. And all was served with a smile and proper etiquette, very pleasant at all times. Highly recommend this restaurant. Prices for the wines were a little too high, food was expensive but very worth it. Well go back every time we're back in Quito.
